Aura by Insofy
Aura calls to request your table.
Aura by Insofy calls a restaurant to request a table: you say where, when and how many, and Aura calls, takes a time inside the window you gave when the restaurant has one, and puts the booking on your calendar.

1. Say where, when and how many

2. Check the call, and say yes

- Here's the call I'll place. Juniper Bistro, 915 Juniper Street, (604) 555-0163: book a table for 4, Saturday, 7 to 8 pm. I'll share your name, and say up front that I'm an AI assistant. Say "cancel the call" any time before it's placed. Place it?
One yes places the call.
3. Aura calls
Aura opens by saying it is an AI assistant calling for you, by name. It gives the party size and the time, and takes a time inside your window if the first one is full.

- Booked with Juniper Bistro. Table for 4 on Saturday at 7:30 pm, under Alex Chen. I've put it in your calendar.
The table goes on your calendar as "Table at Juniper Bistro", for two hours from the booked time.
When they're full
Aura books nothing outside the time you gave. If the restaurant has nothing inside it, Aura tells you what they offered, and you decide.
Good to know
- Aura calls during calling hours, 9 am to 8 pm in the restaurant's local time. A call asked for outside those hours waits for the next time inside them. Aura does not wait for the restaurant to open, so a restaurant that isn't answering yet comes back as no answer.
- Calls are in English. Calls use credits.
