Child Safety Policy
Last updated: October 16th, 2025
1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
At Insofy, we are committed to creating a safe and secure environment for all users, especially children. This Child Safety Policy outlines our dedication to protecting minors from harmful content and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable child protection laws.
We have a zero tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), which includes the creation, possession, distribution, or solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, or any form of predatory behavior toward minors.
We take these obligations seriously and continuously enhance our safety infrastructure to prevent, detect, report, and respond to any potential child safety risk on our platform.
2. Age Requirements
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our platform. If we learn that a user under 13 has created an account without verifiable parental consent, we will delete the account and associated data in accordance with COPPA and applicable law.
Users aged 13–17 are encouraged to use our platform with parental knowledge and consent. We will obtain verifiable parental consent where required by applicable law (such as under the GDPR for users under 16 in the EU).
We reserve the right to request age or identity verification if there is reason to believe an account holder is under the minimum required age.
3. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Prevention
We have zero tolerance for CSAE or CSAM and take immediate action to prevent, detect, and remove such content from our platform.
CSAM Point of Contact
We maintain a designated point of contact authorized to discuss our CSAM prevention practices and coordinate with law enforcement and relevant child protection agencies.
Report CSAM
If you encounter any content that may constitute CSAM, please report it immediately through our in-app reporting system or contact us directly at safety@inductivesolution.ai. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 24 hours.
Mandatory Reporting
Confirmed cases of CSAM or CSAE are promptly reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States or the appropriate authority in other jurisdictions, as required by law. We cooperate fully with law enforcement in investigations and preserve evidence in compliance with legal obligations.
