Aura by Insofy
Aura books the appointment for you.
Aura by Insofy books an appointment by phone in four steps: you say what you need, Aura shows you the call, you say yes, and Aura reports back, with the booking on your calendar when the office could book it.
Example: fictional names and details.
1. Say what you need, and roughly when
"Call Cedar Park Dental and book me a cleaning. Sometime next week, mornings are best." A business name is enough. If Aura can't find it, it asks you for the number.
2. Check the call Aura shows you
Aura reads the calendars it can and rules out the times you're busy, saying which. If a connected calendar can't be read, it says so and asks whether to place the call anyway. Then it shows the call: the business, its address and number, what it will ask, and the times it will offer. It shares your name. Any other saved detail, such as your date of birth, goes only when the call you approve lists it.
3. Say yes
One yes places the call. Say "cancel the call" any time before it's placed. Aura calls from your Insofy phone number and opens by saying it is an AI assistant calling for you, by name.
4. Get the result
Aura tells you how it went. When the office booked, the time goes on your Insofy calendar as "Appointment at Cedar Park Dental". If the office didn't answer, was full, or asked for something only you know, Aura tells you that instead, and you can set the call up again.
Good to know
- Calls are in English. Your Insofy phone number is a Canadian or US number.
- Aura calls between 9 am and 8 pm in the business's local time. A call asked for outside those hours waits for the next time inside them.
- Calls use credits. New accounts start with some, and Aura tells you what each call used.
