Text messages from Insofy numbers

Insofy gives a user or a business its own phone number. Aura, the Insofy assistant, can text from that number for the user. This page shows how a person agrees to receive those texts.

Two ways a conversation starts

An Insofy user texts you first.

The user has your number because you gave it to them. Before the first text, Aura asks the user to confirm that. Aura sends nothing until the user confirms.

Aura's confirmation card in the Insofy chat. It reads: Before I text Jordan Lee at +14165550164: did they give you this number? I text only a number its owner shared with you. Buttons: They gave it to me, Don't text them.
Aura asks the user before the first text.

The first text names the sender. It ends with "Reply STOP to opt out."

You text an Insofy number first.

You started the conversation. Replies come from the Insofy user, or from Aura for the user. No confirmation step is needed.

What to expect

Texts are one-to-one and conversational. Insofy sends no marketing texts. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. That number then sends you no more texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also email legal@inductivesolution.ai.
